We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility & Hygiene Notice
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including box, pouch, and tags.
Hygiene Exception: Due to strict health and hygiene standards, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Pierced earrings (unless defective).
Customized or personalized jewelry.
Items on final sale or promotional clearout.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@ozerastore.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@ozerastore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
