Items must be returned in their original packaging, including box, pouch, and tags.

Hygiene Exception: Due to strict health and hygiene standards, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customized or personalized jewelry.

Items on final sale or promotional clearout.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
